IATA hosted its second annual Airline Industry Retailing Symposium, formerly part of the World Passenger Symposium (WPS), in Bangkok, Thailand, from 29-31 October 2019.

Around 45 people from IATA – including those who were primarily in Bangkok for the industry committee meetings, as well as 7 business partners – joined around six hundred high-level delegates who had flown in from around the world to network, share ideas and learn more about the latest ideas, trends and solutions in airline retailing and distribution.
